By using PUSHapp, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Service description
PUSHapp provides camera-based push-up counting, progress tracking, and optional community features.
2. Eligibility and account use
You are responsible for information you provide and activity on your account. Keep your login credentials secure.
3. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, abuse leaderboards, or violate applicable laws.
4. Fitness and health notice
PUSHapp is a tracking tool, not medical advice. You are responsible for training decisions and should exercise within your own limits.
5. Intellectual property
The app, branding, and software are owned by PUSHapp and its licensors. You may not copy or reverse engineer except where allowed by law.
6. Subscriptions (PUSHapp Pro)
PUSHapp offers an optional auto-renewable subscription, PUSHapp Pro, which unlocks profiles, full statistics, and shareable workout videos.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews for the same price and period unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription, and turn off auto-renewal, in your Apple ID account settings at any time after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
7. Warranty disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent allowed by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PUSHapp is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
9. Changes and termination
We may modify these Terms or discontinue features. Continued use after updates means acceptance of revised Terms.
